Sep 2019: So, I just recently moved into the apartments and so far no complaints! While moving in I noticed that a lot of students lived here which I thought was great, considering I’m a sophomore in college. The room I was assigned to was huge and spacious and the roommate I was assigned is very friendly and seems to be my ideal roommate. Devyreau is also an excellent manager, she’s very friendly and seems to genuinely care about the tenants in the apartment. She also replies very quickly to any message you may have about your apartment. The only negative thing I can say about the apartment so far is that there are many cockroaches and rats near the outside trash cans (where you have to throw your cardboard boxes out). But this is an outdoor trash can in the city (so what else should I expect). But overall I believe this place is great and also in a lively part of the city.
Update: After living here for the past three weeks, the five star rating reigns true! The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, the trash chutes smell amazing (I believe someone cleans them everyday), the stairwells are bugless, and work orders get completed in such a timely manner Review from Google

Jun 2019: DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Everything about this place is a scam. I have no idea where they get “luxury†from because everything in this complex is made out of the cheapest material they could find. They fine you for any and everything. One time we were fined for having the valet trash can on the left side of the door instead of the right?? Expect to be booted even though you are a resident. And management will say there is nothing they can do about it because they do not own the parking garage. There are roaches EVERYWHERE!! No matter how much you clean, spray, bomb and get and exterminator they always come back within a couple days. The amount they charge for these apartments and the condition they are in should be illegal. This place is terrible. STAY AWAY Review from Google

Jun 2019: The staff at Dwell ATL is wonderful! The newly renovated office is open and inviting, making it so simple to stop in and see the staff. Ever since the new manager and assistant came in there has been an obvious change for the better. They truly care about their residents and make it a fun place to live by hosting events that are focused on making the residents happy. This place changes its parking rules every week and cars get booted for no reason. Leasing office i swear has a deal with the booting company where they just let them boot for a share of the profits. My rent averages around 1370/80 why is it that there is no guest parking. why is it that we have homeless people smoking crack in the stairwells. they still haven't finished the reservations but yet want to force people to resign there leases almost a year in advance to avoid the 300 dollar rent increase.
