Mar 2017: I will start by saying that the Biltmore Midtown is in a fantastic location - heart of midtown, great restaurants (check out Cypress and Atwood's!), and walking distance from Georgia Tech and Piedmont Park. Additionally, the building has great amenities, namely the interior courtyard and the top floor lounge area.
My positive comments end there. I lived here for a year on the first floor in building B, and what I experienced should not happen in apartments that are even 1/3 of the price I had to pay here. I'll get right to the point: every time it rained decently hard, RAW SEWAGE would erupt from my bathtub drain and toilet. In my neighbors apartment, it actually burst from the wall. In the year I lived there, this happened four separate times. Needless to say, it was traumatizing.
