Plus there’s a rooftop and secure in and out access oooh and an open parking lot because I dont like garage parking. Dec 2015: We have lived in the Telephone Factory Lofts since May 2015 and we are truly enjoying our new lifestyle. The space is so unique with large windows, exposed brick, and super high ceilings. With direct access to the belt line, we can walk to restaurants, parks, and shops. Our dog loves all the green space in the area. Management is always responsive to our needs. The roof top has great views and is a wonderful spot to connect with neighbors. We are very fortunate to find such a special property to enjoy urban living.

I had no idea such a wonderful space existed in the real world, old charm with modern updates! The 14" ceilings are incredible, the sunsets from the roof top deck and now the fires with the neighbors in the courtyard. The management has gone out of their way to take care of items asap! They even moved a ceiling fan for me once I set up my unit so it was located over my bed, they have gone above and beyond to take care of what I needed to make the space my home.
Review from 11/25/15 on Apartment RatingsNov 2015: I recently moved into Telephone Factory Lofts. I moved from Buckhead to get away from the traffic and be closer to the "real" restaurants. This is a quality Loft space. i am happy with the area and the belt line access. This is not an inexpensive place to live, but you get what you pay for in this area.

Jun 2013: My Husband and I made the telephone factory our first home as a married couple and we could not have been more pleased. The apartments are spacious and have a very fun historical character that you can only get from a historic building such as this. The building manager was wonderful. She was attentive and helpful and always quick to respond if we ever needed anything. We also loved the maintenance staff, if we ever had a problem, they were able to respond almost immediately. They were very trust worthy and willing to take care of anything and everything and they do a fantastic job at maintaining the building.
