Jan 2018: I love living here and will definitely be renewing my lease! The location is perfect, easy to get anywhere in Midtown, Buckhead, and even Downtown. Also, easy to get to i75 and i85 so it’s not hard to get OTP either. I use gym a ton and can a good workout with the free weights, and as a graduate student I love the office workspace and free coffee. Highly recommend the Row at 26th. Review from Google
Nov 2017: My wife and I have lived at this property for two years. We would strongly advise against making the Row at 26th your home. We have had numerous maintenance issues that would take numerous phone and email requests to be addressed. Our apartment was filthy when we moved in and we had to have it professionally cleaned ourselves. It took months to get all the repairs that should have been done before we moved in. We had incredibly loud and disrespectful neighbors living above us and nothing was done despite our complaints.
The office staff was either incompetent, rude, or both. Numerous errors were made regarding our move out and final rent payments. It was an ordeal to sort out. Dontre in particular was incredibly rude to both my wife and I on multiple occasions. It is unbelievable that he is able to speak to clients in the way that he does. Review from Google

My AC went out last night and I have family coming in 2 days -- and the leasing office got right on it, maintenance was here and fixed it before lunch. Friendly, fast...this team is ON it. Jun 2017: I've lived at The Row for a year now and have never had an issue with the staff or my apartment. Maintenance requests are done in a timely fashion and there is a good level of communication between the office and the residents if anything is occurring on the property.
As far as the staff goes, Justin is the nicest person you will ever meet! He has excellent customer service skills and will go above and beyond for you without you even having to ask. Last week I had a bit of a crisis and he jumped in to save the day. When I thought their was no way of fixing it, he even went as far as to call a friend for advice and stayed late after work to help me out. Every time I see him in the office I am always greeted with a smile. He is an example of kindness at its finest! Review from Google
Apr 2015: I am moving to Florida for work and am hoping I find a new Bryson Square. Loved my 3 years here. I would highly recommend this community. I am going to miss the pool and friendly staff and residents. They always keep the place clean and I loved walking on the beltline in the evenings. The dog spa was so cool. If I get back to Buckhead I will lease here again. Mar 2014: I lived in Bryson Square for about 15 months and had a very good experience, the reason I moved was because I purchased a home. It's in a very good location being close to I-85/75 and Midtown, plus there is a nice Beltline trail close by for running or walking your pets. There is more than enough parking and most is covered, a nice plus. The business center and gym are very nice and they even provide free coffee.
