Feb 2018: I recently visited The Point at Westside and I must admit Brittany Brown was the most knowledgeable and sweetest leasing agent I have encountered in a long while. Very refreshing, especially at a time when I’m pressed to move and make the best decision for me and my family. I have referred a friend to the point all ready and directed her straight to Ms. Brown. Jan 2018: Be very careful with your contracts and move out documents... having a very difficult time resolving an issue with this apartment management and their collection agency. Basically they are trying to collect from a lease contract that is 2 years old, Paid in full, all due to errors in their system. Review from GoogleDec 2017: No sir. The actual property looks way different than what’s on Zillow. The only reason I’m upset is because my time was wasted. I drove 1 hour to view this property only to see that the elevator looks like it belongs in a abandoned hospital junkies get high in. The halls are slippery and smell. Inside the units are nice though. The balcony is narrow and uncomfortable. Beggers are on every corner of the property. They were spraying a pneumonia type smelling chemical in the LOBBY during my visit. I didn’t stay the smell was so bad. As I write this, I see how much this property is a joke. Oct 2017: If you don't read the rest of the review just know to NOT MOVE HERE! I just moved out and I'm so excited to be away from this place. My final straw was the deception and lying when I was trying to get my AC fixed during the dead of summer and NO ONE CARED!
I lived here for two years and let me start with the fact that this place is filthy, trash is EVERYWHERE and it stinks. The staff is lazy and doesn't even answer the phone. good luck getting anything fixed, getting your package from the office or even getting someone on the phone.
The place is poorly organized. The gates never work, anyone from off the street can just walk in. Not safe at at all.
There's a dumpster below the parking deck and it's hardly ever emptied. Dog poop is everywhere on the property.

They entice you with the affordable pricing for city living and make the community seem pretty decent while they're giving you the tour and describing the wonderful amenities (rolls eyes). It's been an uphill battle since day one. Maintenance requests are routinely ignored. You have to literally go into the office and speak with someone to get maintenance to come to your unit. Even then they don't fix what's broken!!! I currently have a washer machine that's been leaking for a MONTH now and they still haven't fixed or replaced it! Some of the residents are okay but most are just downright rude, disrespectful and disgusting! Dec 2013: After initially being not so impressed with my stay at the Envoy, I recently chose to renew my lease. Over the past few months, a new manager and maintenance staff have come on board and I'm seeing lots of improvements at the property. Newly painted hallways and floors, a state-of-the art gym, roofing repairs and "gentle reminders" being circulated for the residents to take pride in their apartments by keeping their patios clean, etc. I can honestly say that it seems like the staff is working to resolve many of the issues that I and other tenants have reported in the past.
