Nov 2017: Honestly, one of the best move in experiences that I have had when moving in to a new apartment. The apartment is nice and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!! Aug 2017: Air condition constantly broken. In the 12 months that I lived there I spent 34 days without AC. Hot water runs out after about five minutes. Maintenance issues take forever to get completed. Management is unresponsive. There is absolutely no security. One night I had the wheels stolen off of my vehicle right in the parking lot. And to top it off they kept nearly all of my security deposit despite leaving the place in excellent condition. There are far better properties in the area for the money. I would recommend looking at Walton Communities. Review from GoogleAug 2017: This is truly a community environment. Everyone is neighborly and the location is optimal for most Atlanta entertainment venues. There are ample grocery stores and retailers located within a 1 mile or less radius from this community. This community has little to no crime, vandalism or door to door solicitor disturbance. A great community and a joy to live here. Review from Google
Oct 2013: We have been here for a couple of months and so far so good. Its in a quiet area and a great location (mainly because I can walk to whole foods). Its under new management right now and they seem to be making improvements.

Jun 2013: I lived in this complex for a year. Overall, it was a great experience, close proximity to CDC and Emory, which was rather important. PROS: Safe and quiet neighborhood Parking is always available. Maintenance requests generally have a quick turn around. The management team are very courteous and professional. New appliances in the apartments.
CONS: Gym is rather small, can only take 2 or 3 persons max at any given time. So if you are the hardcore body builder, you may have to register at a private gym. If you live right next to the woods as I did, you may have issues with flying insects, particularly at night when they are attracted to the bright lights. Review from 06/06/13 on Apartment Ratings
