The apartment complex is ideal for students (as it’s a minutes 🚶 walk to GT and quite a few students from GT, GSU and Spelman reside in the building) and young working professionals (due to its proximity to Midtown). I have been living here for the past two years and have found the staff extremely helpful and quick in resolving maintenance issues.
The unit is being occupied by 3 👩 females so we would prefer a 👩 female resident.
