1 bedroom in 4 beds 2 baths.

***WOMEN ONLY***

We are excited to announce an open room for flexible January/February move-in at Park Lane! This is a split-level house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and screened-in porch sunroom. It is a free-standing house with a garden and fire pit in the back yard, surrounded by a grove of tall trees that keep the property shaded and cool in the hot summer months. The house is located in safe neighborhood where you will enjoy plenty of peace and quiet. For renters who enjoy spending ⌚time outdoors, the house is within convenient 🚶 walking distance of Lull🌊 water Park, Ira B. Melton Park, and Medlock Park.

Renters who wish to live close to Emory University can look no further! Park Lane’s convenient location has made it a favorite of Emory graduate students for many years. The house is within 🚶 walking distance ( to min) of the Emory Clairmont campus, where you can access the free Emory Cliff 🚌 shuttle system for a quick ride to the main campus. The house is also within 🚶 walking distance of a shopping complex on North Decatur and Clairmont, which includes a Publix supermarket and a variety of 🍔 restaurants and cafes. The lively attractions of downtown Decatur are only a ten-minute drive away.

The spacious bedroom available for rent is furnished with a bed and mattress, a desk, an end table, a closet, and a book shelf. The house has a new heating and air conditioning system, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our landlord, Pearl, is very nice and responsive to our needs. Rent is paid monthly by check. Utilities are not included but average approximately $ per month. If you would like to take on "House Manager" duties, such as collecting rent and coordinating utility payments, you can get $ off of your rent ($/mo).

Current occupants of the house include two Emory students and an employee of a local nonprofit (all women in our mid-late s). We are a quiet, hardworking, and considerate group of housemates who will be happy to welcome you.
