Oct 2019: I have lived at Highland View for over a year. It is a small and intimate community situated in a vibrant part of town in the center of it all (PCM, Piedmont Park, Trader Joe’s, etc.). Apartment units and community areas are updated and well maintained, all areas are brightly lit at night, and I always felt safe and welcome here. Convenient parking and Beltline access are a huge plus. Finally, the people (management, maintenance staff, and neighbors alike) are exceptionally friendly. This is without a doubt an underrated complex, which deserves some serious consideration among apartment seekers. Review from Google
May 2017: I've lived here for two years and absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking to the grocery store, restaurants, bars and parks. Staff is very friendly and always arranging socials for the community, which is nice for anyone new to ATL. The maintenance staff responds to requests in a very timely manner and even leave little notes so that you know they were there and what they did. It's a bit expensive, but you have to pay for location!

Feb 2017: I truly love the location of this apartment, being on the beltline has been so convenient to get to Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market, and Piedmont Park. This complex location has allowed me to explore and get to know my community the way that I wanted to.

Dec 2016: I have enjoyed my time at Highland View. The apartments are newly renovated inside & the location can't be any better! You can walk to Trader Joe's, Ponce City Market, MARTA, Piedmont Park, Inman Park & more.

The interior of the apartment is very nice. I like the colors chosen (they help make the small studio seem smaller than it really is).

Oct 2015: I had a pleasant experience when I looked at this property. The staff was friendly. The rental and move-in process was easy and simple. The location is great and the neighborhood seems safe and nice. I enjoy having a direct access to the beltline.

Sep 2015: I have been here two weeks. So far the apartment location and space is great. I do wish there were a pool, but it is no deal breaker. The office staff is very nice/helpful. The storage is great for an apartment, however, the cabinet space in the kitchen is lacking. We have definitely had to buy additional storage cabinets just to have room for kitchen things.
