I am looking for someone (👩 female only, sorry) to take over lease aka reletting (8/8/ - 7//) for Campus Crossings Briarcliff Apartments (6 minute drive to Emory). The apartment will have two 👩 femaleroommates which are assigned by Campus Crossing, and will be cheaper than even directly from them.
You will have your own fully furnished room and private bathroom. There is a 🚌 shuttlestop right in front of the apartment. There is also a 🏊 pool, gym, common workspace area, and stores nearby.
It is $ per month (including internet, 🌊 water,⛽gas, trash) - $/month discount = $/month
💡electricity is around $ per month.
Parking is $ per month (if you want it).
