Sep 2019: We lived here for years, but never would again. It got so much worse that we had to move. Really bad management. Unsafe. Stay away!!! Review from Google
Jun 2019: I've lived here for the last four years, and the first two were fantastic. In the last year or two though, the community has changed a lot. The office staff is terrible and always changing, and the other reviews are accurate - no one EVER answers the phone. Maintenance requests often go unanswered, and rents are being raised at a much higher percentage than in the past. It used to feel much more like a close community, but the negligence of the office staff is the main reason it's gone downhill, and why I've decided to move out. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Bass Lofts Iam Extremely sorry for that review It was NOT For the Bass Lofts it was for The Crogman lofts Hope you except my apology yes the young lady at the Bass Lofts was very Nice And knowledgeable Had no problems with my tour again Sorry ☺️ Review from Google
Oct 2017: I live here and I love it. It's a little weird being an old highschool but it's definitely a great location and there are good neighbors! Review from Google
Sep 2017: Looks like a cool place but how would I know! They don't answer the phone and no one is in the office. The only time that ever really happens is when the lofts sell themselves! No agent required lmfao. Whatever. I will try again one more time! I called AND showed up and nothing. Very unprofessional at least say you guys have no vacancies 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️ Review from Google
Nov 2016: Wonderful community of creative professionals with fantastic amenities and responsive management Review from Google
Aug 2016: I've been calling for 2 months now and still haven't heard anything because they never answer the phone and/or call back. I was really excited about this location and highly considered moving here but if you can never reach anyone I don't feel like it's worth it to move here. I looked at the reviews and had to reconsidered since this is clearly a reoccurring thing. Review from Google
Jul 2016: I called trying to get information about their apartment rates, and got promptly hung up on before either of us had said a word. I gave the benefit of the doubt and figured it was probably an accident, so I called back, and instead the woman picked up and said "Hellooooooo" before hanging up on me again, WHILE I was asking her a question. Solid first impression, very impressive. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Review from Google

May 2016: At this point in my life, It's hard for me to imagine living anywhere else. Bass is convenient to where I work, and the central point of my social life. I've made lifelong friends here, some of whom are staff. I sincerely look forward to being home on the weekends and spending time with my neighbors. Review from 5/13/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: Bass Lofts will always dear to my heart. I met my husband at Bass Lofts, made eternal friends and whimsical memories during my many moons as a resident. The living experience is unlike any other with a strong sense of community and a shared love for libations. The staff was family and the was coffee hot. Laughter was often shared at the pool, the dog park, and the fire pit where we danced and sang harmoniously. Forget me not Bass Lofts, as I will never forget you. Nov 2015: By far my favorite place in Atlanta. After living in Kennesaw, Windy Hill, and Lindbergh station, this finally feels like a fit and somewhere I would be completely happy for years and years. The area is absolutely fantastic. With shops, restaurants, and the beltline all within walking distance, it isn't necessary to drive nearly as much-situated right between Little Five Points and Inman Park. The community here is friendly and tight-knit. Neighbors genuinely become friends and everyone is by and large very cool and laid-back. There is a great creative community with many creative professionals. Review from 11/22/15 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: Wonderful unique building, excellent community vibe. Management is helpful, maintenance requests are handled quickly. Walls are a bit thin, but everyone is aware of that and nobody is excessively loud. Review from 6/14/15 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2014: Bass Lofts is known for having one of the most tightly-knit communities of any apartment complex in Atlanta. Although it can be hard to get in, once people have an apartment they tend to stay for several years. The complex is an oasis in the heart of Little Five Points, and the Beltline is blocks away. Maintenance, customer service, and pest control are top notch. Review on Apartment Ratings from 10/16/14
Apr 2014: The most unique coolest place to live in Atlanta. You will find the entire staff both professional and friendly. They are great! This place has a wonderful community that is rare in an "apartment/loft environment." There is plenty to do both "onsite" and in the neighborhood and the neighborhood walk-ability is unmatched. You can hang-out at the pool, get involved with the various "onsite" activities or you have the option to jump down to Euclid Ave or Moreland Ave to catch the vibe of Little Five Points - restaurants, music venues, theatre and bars. If you have dogs there are two dog parks plus easy access to all the neighborhood roads and parks. I would highly recommend living here! Review on Apartment Ratings from 04/23/14
