Jan 2019: Great location and staff at 755 North. Tim and Muhammad are the best leasing staff me or my girlfriend have ever worked with. 755 is a nice complex in the heart of Atlanta with extremely professional staff who want you to have a wonderful experience. They really care!

Sep 2016: First place we lived in when arriving in Atlanta. Overlooks the beltline, convenient location, always something going on, and the property team was incredibly helpful. You are paying for location not size, but if you have those priorities, there shouldn't be anything to hate. With Masquerade next door shutting down I would assume the future lack of free concert views and sounds will make for a slightly quieter setting. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and upfront about all the potential costs associated with living here. Moving in was easy; the apartment was in excellent condition. The leasing agent I worked with let me know he wasn't going to be in the day I was signing my lease, and put me in touch with the other two agents so I could have a point of contact. Excellent customer service.
Review from 4/11/16 on Apartment RatingsDec 2015: Love living here at the 755 North! The staff are outstanding and are constantly seeking ways to improve the commune within the complex. Safety is a major concern of mine, but not an issue here since every time I depart the facility in the early morning I see the security guards. The staff...no issue. Some of the tenants will definitely bring the value down of this facility if they do not do there part as far as taking care of it.

Dec 2015: Awesome place to live, close to Ponce City Market and other great restaurants. Very convenient to walk the beltline to Krog Street Market or the festivals at Piedmont Park. The staff is great, maintenance staff responds quickly to corrections.

Review on Apartment Ratings from 02/17/15Feb 2015: This apartment has great city views and direct betline access. You can walk to Two Urban Licks and tons of other restaurants. We can also walk to target, homedepot, verizon, Kroger and lots more shops, bars and restaurants without crossing a street. You can even walk the beltline to little 5 points. I really enjoy the secure parking garage and building where you have key fob access. The staff is always available and there to help. They have been really great moving in and getting everything settled. Maintenance is always nice and on time if you ever need anything. This is for sure an awesome place to live.
