Aug 2018: The life of luxury is a joke. If you love, black mold, rodents, roaches, heating, air conditioning and old elevators constantly in disrepair and malfucntioning then this is the place for you. This co. Is constantly trying to attract new residents while underserving current residents. Sad service to say the least and please don't renew your lease in hopes that things will get better because they never did for my family and many others that I know. Their day consists of passing the buck and making excuses but not forgetting to collect your rent. 3200 Lenox reads like a nightmare and is a joke. Do your research.
Aug 2018: It doesn't matter who purchases this place it just gets worse!!! The property has changed hands many times. New owners now with no better service.
Aug 2018: I was in the gym, I love the gym and I have had a great experience with the workers at 32HundredLenox. The manager has been very hospitable and welcoming. While working out one day the manager allowed for me to do a wine tasting and also try some different types of cheeses. Great overall experience! Review from Google
Aug 2018: Honestly, It has been a work in progress, the were issues from the past, however. Management is truly turning things around. It's not going to be an over night fix. What I can say is this; my concerns are being responded to expeditiously with action and not just broken promises. Transparency is evident everyone I speak with them. I to had an issue with my post not being efficient previously, and for a few months now it has been rectified. I had an issue with my shipment today, and my package was found. Evey package that was delivered to the leasing office has been presented to me. With the new mobile app making any request has now become seamless. Personally I always follow up with a visit to the office just to ensure its noted. So besides issues here and there that will soon be resolved with the new renovations that will be comple Review from Google
Jun 2018: Trying to get maintenance done is a never. All you get is I'm coming to fix it. Never show up. A/C haven't worked in 1 1/2 months. Elevator is always broken. They show and look at it and never return to fix it. Review from Google
May 2018: The staff is rude and acts like people who want to tour the complex are a waste of time. When you're a leasing agent your job is to show the property and talk about why the person should want to live there. Not be on your phone texting, show none of the amenities, walk the person straight over to the apartment without saying a word besides a snappy follow me. Then to further the insult when you're let into the apartment you're not told about the updates that were done and it's like pulling teeth to get what amenities are offered. Also the outside of the buildings looked horrible and the inside hallways smelled like homeless people slept their every night. Take your $1290 that they're wanting for a way too small one bedroom and spend it elsewhere! Because first impressions are lasting and it wasn't a good first impression. Review from Google
May 2018: When I have first moved in it was literally the day after someone else moved out. The only thing they changed was the carpet. I didn’t have a shower pole, the counter is stained and completely filthy from the previous tenant and so is the tub. Despite moving in the office assured me that I’ll at least get a new set of blinds the same weeks and that everything will be fixed. I had my sister over to visit and when she saw the condition my apartment was in she was upset and went to the office with me to tell them how unsafe it was. because of the fact that I never had any new blinds and a whole bunch of them missing, I saw a man peeping in my apartment and called the cops. Instead of the office being apologetic and understanding they threatened her numerous times with the cops and had the nerve to yell at me and say that I have to keep my co Review from Google

May 2018: I am enjoying living at 32 Hundred Lenox so far ! The staff is caring , the amenities are the best , and you can walk to Phipps, Lenox , target , publix, katana restaurant , AMC , Marie Simmons park , and Lenox park. I am enjoying living here , and I see no problem here ! The management is awesome, there are many other arabs here, which is nice because I feel like I am in home, and they have a nice place to play soccer. I think the management before I lived here may have not been good, from the prior reviews , but I love living at thirty two hundred ! Review from Google
May 2018: I have often debated leaving a review because this property has been my home for the past 8 years, but in light of the third property owner change I feel it's time. The past two years at 32 Hundred Lenox (formerly the Metropolitan at Buckhead and many more) have been a nightmare many residents have yet to wake up from. Please do not be fooled by the "good" reviews because most of them were coerced in bribe fashion. Many of those people were told they'd be entered in a raffle for different prizes pending a good review. These units and buildings are OLD. 4 floors of decrepit structure barely passing saftey codes (I'm actually not sure if they have passed). The elevators break CONSTANTLY. My then 14 year old daughter became trapped in one of the elevators and subsequently had her finger crushed in the malfunctioning door. Property management nor Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is not good for living for many reasons. Bad customer service, unfriendly and rude office staff. Bad maintenance, bugs everywhere, all hallways smell trash, even though you call office to look at some areas need maintenance, they don't come right away, they do come 3 weeks or 1 month later but no fixing again. If had a chance to give -5, I would definitely give -5. Review from Google
Apr 2018: This place is horrible I have been living here for 9 months now and I can honestly say I can not wait to move when I my lease ends in 3 months. I live in the master bed room of a 3 bedroom apartment and have 0 air flow in the master bed room. During the winter I had to buy a space heater just to keep my room warm and when I told the leasing office they said they would get to it asap and never did btw this was in January and it April now. I would constantly go down to the leasing office and ask when they would be able to check out my unit they assistant manager said they would get to it when they would get to it. I was going to the leasing office at least 3 times a week for 3 months! to get answers and Kitty the assistant manger that worked there was super rude she would not even go out of her way to help even though she knew I was coming down Review from Google
Feb 2018: I lived here for 8 months- it's not bad and all things considered, is a good value for the location and amenities. Pros: Cheap and very spacious. Management will accommodate you within reason. You have to be persistent at the time you want things fixed and watch them put the orders in, but once they do the problem is addressed quickly. Apartments have been renovated to look relatively nice. Cons Idk about the other halls, but our neighbors never aired out their Apts when they cooked so the smell carried. That's more of a "them" problem than the apt, but it was still unpleasant. A.C. was ok, but probably because the Apts are so old and big and have large windows, the heat was very inefficient. Utilities were like 300 total consequently. And that's pretty much it. I've heard of crime happening, but I lived on the 1st floor and never felt Review from Google
Dec 2017: Do you like the smell of garbage lining your hallway? How about the sight of dumped furniture around the parking lot? The smell of urine on every staircase? How about a front office that denies responsibility for fixing almost anything? If so you'll love 3200 Lenox. The last 2 months that I lived there I didn't receive mail, all 3 treadmills in workout room were broken, the pool was out, the elevator was in and out of service weekly, and the gates and building were all wide open. One man slept in the lobby regularly by the time of my move out. Also: NO AIR CONDITIONING.Though I loved the location (next to Lenox Mall and Station) this place is an absolute dump, and the management company changes over frequently. The only way I see this becoming a nice place to live is if the owner dies or sells. Review from Google
Nov 2017: Honestly, not bad at all. This is my first apartment. The staff is friendly and the lobby is extremely nice. Maintenance is a little slow but they always manage to get to your apartment to do repairs without too much of a wait. Extremely good price for the location. No noise issues from other tenants and the gym is great for an apartment. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I would give this place absolutely no stars if I could. We moved out (finally) last month and I've never been happier. This place is GROSS. The people who live here don't care about the buildig so they spit in the elevator, pee in the stairwells and leave random furniture after moving out in the lobbies. The pool area is, again, gross and pretty much unusable. The units are find if you like mold. The office staff DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS. They usually seem like they can't be bothered with your concerns and perpetually have a look of annoyance whenever you need something done. They're incompetent and condescending. The gates to the complex are almost always broken and the pedestrian gates do not lock. My fiance, along with 12 other people got their cars broken into at the beginning of the year. ALSO, they are so shady about money. Your u Review from Google
Aug 2017: I've lived here for a year now and despite pest issues that we had when first moving in, I've enjoyed my time here and will be moving to a smaller unit in the same complex soon. From day one, staff has always been as accommodating as possible, and even now after a management change, they're understanding and flexible. The pest issue was resolved after a few months, and since then, the minor issues that we've come across are things that I think you'll find in any apartment community at some point. Pricing is definitely reasonable especially compared to other places in the area. The apartments are spacious and many are very nicely renovated. There's a lot to do in the area and it's conviently located within walking distance from the Lenox MARTA station and the Lenox Mall. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Very kind and friendly staff here, have always make my concerns their first priority. I can agree the complex did have some issues before, but ever since they have switched over to Elite Street Capital they have been working extremely hard to restore this complex to its original beauty. Community Director Evelyn is amazing and truly pushes her team to make this a wonderful place to live. There is neighborhood security ( police officer ) that ensures you are safe here, staff is well trained and well qualified , I can't say anything but positive things. Pricing is very reasonable compared to other places nearby in the area, and apartments are spacious properly renovated. Review from Google
