Hi, Loading...

Aug 2018: The whole office and management team is doing so great considering what they were given. People are being hard on this property because of what it used to be. Now with the new team up in the office, I haven’t had a single issue. And everything I had questions about was quickly responded too. Lauren in the front office is one of the best, she helped me through this whole process of moving and I can’t wait to see the rest of renovations and changes this new management team has brought with them. Aug 2018: I signed a lease here for the Fall because the renovations they are doing look SO great! With the prices, you seriously cannot get any better because its a brand new apartment almost $100 less than others around campus. Never had a problem with management or the front office... and they always got back to me about my questions ready to help me out. So I definitely recommend because the new management and office up front seem to be doing everything they can to fix up the place .. and it’s working Review from Google
Apr 2018: this place is an absolute joke. Poor management. the apartments are terrible. Me and my roommates were paying for a PREMIUM(what we signed for), yet they stuck us in a STANDARD(not at all what we signed for. Oh yeah, and they had us paying the premium price still. Like seriously??? And they won't refund us our money. In my honest opinion, this place is absolutely terrible. don't sign here, spend your money on a much better place that won't steal your money. Mar 2018: So I’ve lived here since last January and started working here last February. Well I finally got the guts to quit the worst working environment of my life this last December and to my dismay can’t escape. I was told my employee concession (discount on rent) would come off when I stopped working there in January (which duh because I don’t work there, right??). Right after this they decided to up and fire half the staff and I got a call last week saying I owed almost $300.....I wasn’t sure why because I always automatically pay my rent every month and have a $0 balance. Well Monument Management stated that even though I was told my employee concession was taken off that it apparently wasn’t and I now owe almost $300.....even though THEY messed up, THEY didn’t take off the concession, I am now responsible for coming up with money I do Review from Google
Feb 2018: The Vault at Statesboro is always there to my rescue. Besides the wi-fi trouble everything else is fantastic. I enjoy living here!!! Shout out to Junelle Rodriguez thank you so much!!! Review from Google
Feb 2018: I’m at a loss for words at this place. All the employees are “new” (excuse) and really don’t know what they are doing. One says something, then another contradicts them and vice-versus. One sends my Christmas gifts back then the other does too (even after explaining it to them). There is just ZERO communication between anyone up there. After moving out (getting someone to fill my lease) they kept loosing all the paperwork and making us resign all the while they just pulled up excuses. All in all there are better places to live, just go sign somewhere else. Review from Google
Jul 2017: Please don't live here. Look at the reviews, multiple accounts of crooked behavior from CEV. I saw at least one other account of my exact situation in the reviews. I spent my college years in this terrible apartment. Complete with 96 degree temperatures at times, a 4 foot diameter hole in the floor after it rotted out from a leaky door/clogged gutter that they didn't fix (I put in a work order for that), and many other issues. A year after I move out, I received a call from a debt collector for "carpet and bathroom cleaning." I never heard of these charges, and checked my email to see if I missed something. No word of any debts. The carpet was listed as dirty during my move in form that they conveniently couldn't locate, not to mention carpet is considered "normal wear and tear" in all 50 states, and is not a chargeable offense (44-7-34(a) of Review from Google
Jun 2017: A nice place to live. Management handles my problems accordingly and does everything they can to help. The leasing office staff is great as well. They are very friendly and are eager to help me with my issues. Maintenance responds to my requests in a timely manner. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wishes to sign. Review from Google

Jun 2017: The maintenance guys are very speedy in the way they do their business. They are very knowledgeable and have been able to fix any issue I had like it was a piece of cake. Overall, everyone that works here are great people as well Review from Google
Jun 2017: Maintenance is very quick in responding to work orders, and they do whatever is in their power to ensure that your apartment continues to meet your standards throughout your lease. Review from 6/10/17 on Google
Jun 2017: Great place to live! I've lived in CEV for two years. It's been a wonderful experience. I love the management, the staff is always helpful and friendly. I would recommend CEV for anyone who is looking for a place to stay. Great prices! Review from 6/8/17 on Google
Jun 2017: When I first went on the tour, I was impressed. The rooms on the tour were organized in the same fashion and seemed that everything was well and that this will be the best apartment to live in for the next year or so even paying nearly 400 dollars a month was a bit pricey for a college student...until I moved into a disappointment on my first day. My room was a mess an looked like no one had cleaned it in weeks. It had an old brown/rusty stain mattress (p.s they said everyone in the complex would receive brand new one BEFORE we moved in.) and a dirty room including the stains on the carpet and dull lifeless walls that needed a new coat of fresh paint. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: Love the staff at CEV Statesboro! They're always so helpful and nice, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their residents! My washing machine had broke and within 24 hours they had it all fixed. I always recommend CEV to all my friends! Love living here!! :) Review from 5/27/17 on Google
Mar 2017: WORST. DECISION. EVER. MADE. There's a list that I could conjure and post here, but I am yielding out of sympathy. The reason I am is because I am looking at the comments/reviews and can't help but notice that current employees and their room mates are posting reviews. If those are the steps that need to be taken in order for your apartment complex' to come close to sub par, you have reached a new level of pathetic. Review from 3/21/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I have only lived in Statesboro since 2015, and have never been in a place that I have felt was a perfect fit for me. When I originally toured the complex I was with my parents, and being incredibly worried about me living on my own, however they were able to be reassured about this complex by how quiet the area was and how friendly the staff treated me. If I had ever run into even the smallest problem when I first moved in, everyone was able to quickly and efficiently help me. Review from 2/20/17 on Google
Feb 2017: Great Place to live with a staff that cares. Rooms are nice, and the apartment is going to be as good as you make it, same anywhere you go. Also give out a lot of free food during the week! Nice Place! Review from 2/18/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I love the staff who work here! They are always there for field questions and help with anything! Whenever me or my room mates have had any problems, someone comes out within the next 48 hours to check it out and fix it! It's really close to campus and you don't have to worry about safety, as there are courtesy officers who live here! Overall, I love living here and would recommend it to everyone! Review from Google
Jan 2017: The rooms are lovely and the apartment is great as well, but the management is abysmal. Some of the staff is great, but the management blatantly ignores you when you make a request or have roommate issues and she acts very unprofessional when attempting to deal with any sort of conflict. I know of people in the front office who have left because this manager, XXXX, is so unbearable to work with. DO NOT live here unless they change management. Review from 1/6/17 on Google
Nov 2016: The management is left to a group of inexperienced young adults who do honestly try their best but don't expect an incredibly professional service. Mistakes will be made and promises will be forgotten. You get what you pay for. Review from 11/16/16 on Google
May 2016: CEV is a cool place. The pool and workout areas are nice. I have been living here for 2 years now, so what does that say about the place? Exactly. They do nice things up in the office every now and then like give you food, so that's a plus. The appliances I'm the premium apartments are new and black and everybody knows black appliances just look better. Review from 5/23/16 on Google
May 2016: Living in CEV has been a great experience so far. I live in a premium apartment & I love it. It's very spacious & roomy. I resigned my lease for next year because they have reasonable rates for a beautiful apartment. I would definitely recommend everyone to move out here! Review from 5/22/16 on Google
May 2016: I loved living at CEV. The office staff knew everyone by name and was always very personable! Plus, there was always a special or event going on!The apartments also had a nice open floorplan so your apartment didn't feel cramped! Overall a great experience! Review from 5/19/16 on Google
Sep 2015: This is the most shadiest, ill-run business I've ever had to deal with. I have caught their employees in several lies as well. All of the 1-STAR reviews are correct so I won't even bother repeating what they said. Review from 9/30/15 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2015: don't fall for their "dramatic hype", this place is run by a bunch of kids who lie and make up the rules as they go along. Garbage in the hallways, police are constantly out here for all kinds of reasons, shady tenants, there's a reason why the rent is so cheap here, don't find out the hard way like I did. They will screw you. Review from 9/14/15 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2015: FIND ANY OTHER PLACE TO LIVE THAN HERE! Management sucks, crime, shady people Review from 9/2/15 on Apartment Ratings
