Mar 2017: If only negative ratings could be given! There was nothingwrong with the price of my one bed room apartment. I lived there for almost 3 years and did not experience any problems until my next door neighbor vacated his apartment prior to the last few months of my lease. From that moment on, the roaches that infested his place, moved to mine. I contacted the leasing agency several times, and I do believe they sprayed the place but to no avail. My apartment began to be OVERUN with mutated roaches that made my skin crawl. My walls became peppered with the squashed remains of bugs! The roof in the bedroom began to leak whenever it rained. Maintenance "repaired" the leak, but it returned whenever it rained hard enough. In the last month of my lease, I told them about these issues yet again, but nothing was done about it. Feb 2014: I have been living in complexes for 3 years under Eagle Realty. Eagle Court is good when you have a roommate and Eagle Villa is also nice for just me. Stadium View is also a good place and has a bigger variety of rooms. I love the location because it's close to campus and everything I need is within walking distance. The staff has been very nice and understanding these past years and the neighborhood is a nice place as well. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in town and for a good price. Review from Google
