Monarch is a great apartment! The location is close right behind the college. Great 🚶 walking distance for students. Amenities are open all day. That includes, gym, sports lounge, and 🏊 pool. My apartment is on the first floor and has a nice view of the sand volleyball court. not many people play on it so it never is loud. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They make you feel at home. The apartment includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. My bedroom is the only one that is open for rent. I have three other roommates who are friendly but quiet so, the living area and kitchen are usually to myself. Washer and dryer are located in the unit. The apartment is 🐕 pet friendly. There is a dog park. The parking is not bad. Apartment is fully furnished. Which includes a bed frame, mattress, desk, and night stand. 🚶 walk in closet and full bathroom in the room as well.
I need a sublet as soon as possible. One month will be paid for already.
