May 2014: If anything is broken YOU are liable. You have 24 hrs to report any damages. They charged my room mate $400 for a simple toilet job. They charged me for bedbugs (for my room $, my 2 closest roomates $, my hallway $, and the room below me $. And I have never had bedbugs in my life so I don't think I brought them. They have no street cameras so anyone busting your car will not be liable unless caught on the spot. So I suggest you go to the Avenue (next door) if you don't want to endure any risk.
