The apartment is a deluxe unit located right above the clubhouse, so everything at Lakeview is close by. You won&#;t have to 🚶 walk far to check your mail, go to the 🏊 pool, or anything else that&#;s in the clubhouse. Also, the 🚶 walk-in closet is bigger since it is a deluxe unit. Deluxe units at Lakeview usually cost $+ but I got a discounted lease thanks to an incentive they offered when I originally signed.
Another good thing about living at Lakeview is its location. The neighborhood Walmart is right up the street so grocery trips are very quick. There&#;s also a lot of fast 🍕 food places nearby.
If you don&#;t want to drive to campus, Lakeview has multiple 🚍 buses that run to and from campus. So its distance from campus shouldn&#;t be a problem.
There is a $ utilityfee but I am willing to pay it for you. After that, you won&#;t have to worry about overages. Use as much 🌊 water and 💡electricity as you need!
