Nov 2017: They no longer accept personal checks, and when they did take checks they refused to provide a receipt, and they would not even make a copy and sign that they received the check. Staff are not friendly, the rent seems excessive, and they load on a number of additional charges. Better verify the rent rate as I see the last year's rate out internet. We are not happy living here, and I can not recommend it to anyone else. The location is close to Valencia, that is good if you are going to Valencia. It has been over a year and we still don't have a working gate, but don't worry, they will demand a deposit. Review from Google
Sep 2017: This company has hired another management company within the 1 1/2 years I've been living here. The new property management is called BY Management and they refuse to honor the terms and prices I agreed to in my renewed lease contract that I signed on April 20, 2017. They have increase the valet trash free from $25 to $27. When I went to the office to dispute the charges the older lady refuses to even pull up my lease and honor the terms and prices I agreed to. This is unacceptable and I will be seeking for legal advice regarding my lease contract. I will only pay what I agreed to in my lease and nothing more. My rent is due and I will be attaching my contract with the prices highlighted to what I agreed on. May 2017: Since day one cockroach infestation , they charge you for pest control ones a month and sometimes twice for no reason and the worst part, it does nothing to the pest infestation I bought Advion on amazon and i got rid of the infestation in 4 days. They try to charged me late fees three times but luckily I had proof that I paid on time. Then after 15 months was time to move out. A month after moved out,I received the moved out statement they were trying to charge me late fees and the last month that I already paid, brought it back to them.

May 2017: I've been living here almost a year. They are small to say the least .not enough storage space and the closets are tiny . Def won't work for a two person standard. When I moved in the walls look like they had been chipped at time and time again and continuously covered with paint. Paint chips quite frequently from the walls . Just ALOT OF chipped paint. Whatever they used to paint over all the cracks etc before me was cheap. Maintenance is slow. I asked about a gate remote bc I have one but it doesn't work so I cannot use the back gate where my apt actually is.

May 2017: This is the worst place I have ever lived. We've lived here almost a year and they still haven't fixed everything that was wrong with the apartment. They haven't fixed our mailbox and say its the post office's job...what?.. They tow cars that pay the parking and have the apt stickers on them. There have been break ins into vehicles and yes a bombing. Yes you read right a bombing. Save. The new management is horrible and extremely ghetto. Save yourself stress, heartache and an ulcer and don't even think about renting here.

Apr 2017: This place is an absolute dump. I am for sure not renewing my lease. Not even close to worth the money you pay.. We were lied to about numerous things before move in. The fitness center is a dump (its really a safety hazard in there), and the grounds are nasty. The people that live there are nasty and let their dogs crap all over the place. You pay over 1,000$ a month and no one cleans up the grounds at all.

Front gate still not fixed. More cool people moved in. Some but not all of the Crack heads moved out. Prices going up. They only renovating apartments for new residents who ask about it.
Horrible horrible horrible service. They smile to your face just long enough for you to sign the lease. Jason is very rude. All of the managers are rude. They wont even give you supervisor information. If you are younger please don't live here. They will try to take advantage of you.

Mar 2017: Love it here. Staff is amazing and so helpful. Work orders get fixed the next day. Great neighbors and it's really quiet here. Honestly the best apartment complex that I have lived it. They also accepted big dogs which is why i chose them.

May 2016: I moved into this apartment complex because I had two weeks to find an apartment due to some roommate issues from the previous place I lived. At first I liked it here. The apartment I have is pretty tiny, but for one person, it's perfect and cozy. I didn't really have too many problems at first and most of the ones I've had were pretty minor, except for one persisting problem that the leasing office seems to refuse to do anything about.

Apr 2016: Seems like the management company doesn't care too much about anything including the back gate that's been broken for about 2 weeks!! It also seems like they really don't care about who's moving in just as long as they are filling apartments, the police have recently been here pretty often... I would not recommend this place to anyone with kids!!! This is coming from someone that currently lives here... Do yourself a favor don't move in here! This is the 3rd management company that I've dealt with in 1 1/2 years!!! Experience is absolutely horrible.
