May 2017: Ive just moved in, and honestly very satisfied i was very concerned with the reviews as i strongly rely on reviews. It is a bit outdated and the ceiling was dirty when we arrived other than that. The residents ive met have been more than plesent. We had to call maintenance for our door. They were there in less than 10 mins. Not enough storage but plenty of room to have storage furniture. But it has space just not enough storage which is prob best honestly nice and open. The poarch is nice and big.

May 2017: Is a zero star review possible? Worst staff, terrible office employees. Two years later this place is still haunting my. Trying to turn my roommates in to collections and losing our paperwork so now we can't rent until it's figured out. This is the worst service mixed with the worst intelligence. If you live here be prepared for a terrible life experience not only now but in the future as well.

If you even are considering this complex consider living on a friends couch instead or maybe a park bench because it might just be better than this awful place if I could give it negative stars I would I feel like a 1 is a compliment. Besides how filthy and expensive it is its right on semoran so have fun listening to every car go by and especially the cops. Welcome to Winter Park Commons the kings of screwing people over. Sorry for anyone who has to live there and good luck if youve already started your lease without seeing this post.

Apr 2017: I am a new tenant and I would like to say so far my experience has been great, the application process is very easy and management is very attentive and helpful. Any problems or concerns are addressed immediately. The staff is very professional and are always available to assist. My apartment was in great condition thanks to the staff and management. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and good management.

Dec 2016: I have enjoyed my three-year stay at Winter Park Commons. Maintenance has consistently gone above and beyond to respond to my requests... Just as one example, once my AC was out, and because they didn't have the parts on hand to fix the AC unit that day, they installed a makeshift unit in my window to do the job for the day until they could get the parts in. The management and staff have always been attentive, friendly, respectful, and considerate toward me, particularly the manager Heather Clayton. I have had no safety concerns while living here, and I will miss the convenience of this great location. After three years, I have never had any gripes about the management or any interactions I have had with staff.
Review from 12/22/16 on GoogleDec 2016: I've been a tenant for about a year and a half now and every month, I get more and more disappointed. I've emailed and called the front office several times to see what other cable companies service our complex and in two months, I never received a reply. The staff allows the trash to overflow out of the compactor to the point where it flows into the road. If you call maintenance, all they do is put a bandaid on issues. It took me more than 3 months and 5 visits to my apartment to get my hot water heater replaced because of the costs they incur for the replacement.
Overall just a terrible experience on all cylinders. This place needs new management or a revamp of their process.

Mar 2016: Check it out if you're looking to save on lodging expenses in the area.
Do not expect the front office staff to be speedy with any requests, or the maintenance crew to resolve most issues in a timely manner. They are all friendly, but their assistance stops there.
Do expect them to raise your rent but lower the quality of your services and amenities. My rent was just raised and its been since April that I've been requesting a pest issue to be resolved- it is now July (Please keep in mind that pest control is a service included in the monthly rent. Also keep in mind that you are not getting the monthly service from a reputable company such as Orkin or Massey.

Feb 2016: Horrible complex! Neighbors here are the worst, park where ever they want, leave trash, sketchy people constantly walking through. Go else where! Feb 2016: Worst apartment complex ever! Dog sh$& all over the grass, trash always overflowing and or not working properly. Tenants park wherever their fat butts want, tried going to the office to only be disappointed again for the hundredth time. Maintenance is ok but whole complex is passed its prime so most units are dumps. Outsides is deceiving, mold in walls and various areas and drains constantly backing up in showers. I would not recommend living here unless you have a concealed permit To carry and bug spray. can't wait to leave here been here two years and regret every minute.
Review from 2/6/16 on Apartment RatingsFeb 2016: I give this property some stars since it is in a good location for access to school, food, shopping, highway, etc. The landscaping is nice but the insides of these apartments are outdated and kitchen is pretty much a tiny walkthrough. Photos on website are misleading. This is by far the worst management company I have ever worked with. The staff is always too busy, it is hard to get a live person on the phone, and their follow up on issues is practically non-existent. No one ever knows what is going on and they always give you wishy washy answers that deflect the problem and resolve nothing.

EVERYTHING is horrible in this complex. I am moving out of here as soon as I can. They charged me $100 for being "late" for paying the rent and they don't even send you any bills!!!! They have collected $250 in application fees and denied three cosigners, who are more than financially capable of covering my expenses, without explanation. They have also refused to return a $200 deposit which they charge to hold a room during the application process. I was promised that it would be returned if I was denied an apartment. They are discourteous, and unreliable in their communication with their applicants. I didn't hear from them unless I contacted them. This apartment's business practice is so disgraceful and they prey on individuals who they feel are easy targets and have few options.

Jan 2015: Paperwork to move in was made extra exciting by the staff as only half of them appeared to know how this apartment complex worked.
After moving in we discovered we apparently are sharing the flat with some ants.
After my roommate and I shunned our morals and murdered countless of these freeloading insects with chemical warfare, we found the apartment and it's amenities acceptable.
Our only outstanding complaint at the moment is that paying rent online is no longer as easy or accommodating as before under the new management (specifically we no longer can pay half our rent from our own accounts it has to come as one full payment).

Very thrilled that thy were pet friendly and didn't have outrageous pet deposit fees ! Lots of full sail students but not as bad as other communities overtaken by them.
