Jul 2017: Management stands willing to assist residents above that which is normally to be expected. For instance, they helped me to find s package which had been delivered to the wrong mailbox.
Maintenance is outstanding. All staff are helpful and courteous. This is a great place to live! Review from Google
Jul 2016: I have been a resident for more than four years and since the new management or Ex Convict /Drug Dealer XXXX took over, its been horrible. More than half of residents have moved and terminated their leases. Earlier this place used to have a long waiting list and now cause of management everyone is leaving. The mgmt has added in lease that they can come over to your apartment unannounced and anytime. They are very rude and stubborn, a respectable person rather move out or never talk to them. Dont go on saving a couple of dollars for this much agony and suffering.

Sep 2015: I don't like this apartment complex anymore. The manager is not honest. He always do conspiracy to the new lease applicants. Also harass the residents. I do not recommend this apartment.

Jul 2015: Just got the mail that Adam is leaving. don't know what to tell that Manager! He can't tolerate other people live happily. never lessen to the residents complain. And always warning the residents you have to do that.. bla blaa blaa.... or else you can go... My question is how could a manager talking something like that? doesn't he has any education? Or he is illiterate? don't know simple manners to talk to the other person. seems like he is just a criminal.. oh yah!! He is!! And He also don't know how to respect woman!! very Dishonest person as far as i understand. He insult people inside their house! And always says that he is the owner of the property.

Adam, his light hands in taking care of the problems right after that was reported is the main attraction of this apartment. But the time has gone a long way, Adle is not there any more, however Adam is still there. New manager has come who is ruining the community now. He is so rude, with a lot criminal background. He doesn't listen to the others. He looks and behaves like a boss and others, not only workers but the residents as the servants that everyone has to surrender him. I do not know how he was selected as a manager, the authority should take step to revive the community values right away.
