It is a 4-bedroom 2-bathroom suite, one of them is a shared bedroom, which is where I am currently. It is located in Downtown Orlando next to the Downtown Campus for 💛 UCF. The Union West at Creative Village is a 💛 UCF/Valencia College affiliated based community that college students from 💛 UCF and Valencia get to lived in the same building together. I also have 4 different people that lives in the dorm as well. But if you are interested, the cost of the rent is $ monthly. It also includes other expenses and utilities like 🌊 water, lights, trash, internet, and etc. You must make at least 3x the rent, but if not, then you&#;ll probably need to have and find a guarantor to be on this lease. It is a good college experience if you take it. You can also moved in before the Month of August if that&#;s what you want to do too.
