The Standard sq. ft townhome at The Quad comes with both a furnished bedroom and living room (more details included under🎇neath images) as well as a full kitchen with a ⛄ refrigerator and dishwasher. The townhome also includes a patio, washer and dryer, and ventilation and air conditioning. The room being offered, Room B, is &#;2" x 9&#;8" and is a private bedroom complete with a private bathroom. Utilities such as water/sewer, 💡electricity, trash, and high-speed wi-fi are included in the rent and will already be activated upon arrival. Rent is due the 1st day of each month and may be paid by check, 💰money order, or online with a debit card or electronic check. If you have not paid your rent by the 6th of the month it will be considered late. A $ Late Fee plus $ each additional day will be added to your account but all rent is paid individually and you will not be affected by your roommates&#; payments. A parking pass with also be given upon arrival and spaces are given for each unit. Other benefits include planned socialevents, private🚌 shuttle to the 💛 UCF campus, sand volleyball, hour fitness center, 🏊 pool, and business lab. In terms of the roommates you&#;ll be staying with, one is a close friend of mine while from what I know of the other two they seem to be very chill and easy to get along with.
