Hello, I am currently trying to sublease my one room in a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment located in The Quad. Roommates are very 🎇clean and tidy, everyone pretty much stays to themselves. They are not loud at all. There is no CAP on utilities, so use as you please. The room is pretty spacious and will be deep 🎇cleaned before anyone moves in.
