Looking to sublet my room in an apartment complex for a 4 bed 4 bath, all 👨 male. This is the perfect location form all colleges being less than minutes away from 💛 UCF (2 miles) while being close to 🍔 restaurants and grocerystores. This is a convenient location while you finish your degree. Being a student is not required.
The price is $ a month which includes utilities, 🌊 water,💡electricity and internet. There is a $ security deposit and a $ application fee. My lease ends the end of July.
Dryer and washer are included with a full kitchen great for cooking. There is central AC. 🐕 pets are allowed (no roommates currently own any). The complex is entirely furnished and comes with a large smart 📺 tv. Bedroom is furnished with a flat screen 📺 tv, as well.
The Quad also comes with a community 🏊 pool and 🍔 grilling station which is great place to socialize, a new gym, 🕶️ tanning bed, a computer lab and printing station, basketball court and 🚌 shuttle service.
Staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. They really make living here a breeze. There are frequent events with free🍕 food. It is a great place to meet like minded individuals.
