I live in a spacious 3 by 3 on the first floor, with 2 other friends of mine, they are super 🎇clean but normal lol. It has a very big balcony with a 🏊 pool view. theres many parking spots and it is a close as you can get to 💛 UCF off campus. 2 closets in this room (biggest room in the apartment) so you have lots of storage space too.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
