The move in date is ASAP until July st, . There is currently one other roommate who lives here. She is a very sweet 👩 girl who is 🎇clean and quiet. All utilities are included within the rent and there is no cap on any of them. The room is very comfy with hardwood flooring, large closet space, and your own bathroom. It comes furnished with a mattress and bed frame, two dressers that can be stacked or placed next to one another, a side table with a shelf, and a desk that includes a chair. The bathroom has a white tile interior, a large mirror with a white light, and storage space above the toilet and be🎇neath the sink. The living room is spacious and has bar stools for seating at the counter/island. The living room comes with a couch, a 📺 tv stand, a side table, and a coffee table that has storage. The ⛄ fridge, ☢ microwave, and stove top are all stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and adjustable AC/heater. The apartment does have a 🏊 pool view and we have yet to put furniture or decorations on the back patio so you are more than welcome to do so! The amenities include hour access to the gym with a yoga room upstairs, multiple study rooms both upstairs and in the office ( hours as well), 🏊 pool access (4 different 🏊 pools), and the office often does special events/activities for the residents. The office staff is very helpful and accommodates to your needs. I am only leaving because I recently received a job opportunity in Tampa and I need this spot filled.
