Moving in with my SO soon and looking for someone to take over my lease. There is a renewal deal on it to lower the base rent by $ for a total of $ off the yearly rent. There is no security deposit required. All utilities are included within the rent at no cap (🌊 water, power and cable/internet), which was my favorite part of living here.
Maintenance works from AM to 7 PM and are usually quite fast.
Rent is due on the 3rd of every month.
Two minute 🚶 walk from a Walgreens (very convenient for last minute purchases, prescription pick-ups and quick grocery trips).
Directly in front of the elevator and garbage chute, really convenient for when I just want to 🚶 walk out for ten seconds, throw away my trash and go back into my room. Or if I&#;m rushing to class, I just open my apartment door and the elevator is right there waiting for me.
Route is the 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle that picks and drops off students onsite. Route is the Lynx 🚍 bus that goes all the way to the Lynx Central Station.
Both routes are on-site, with two stops for Route on each side of Lark and the on the side🚶 walk in front of building 2.
