Hello!
My name is Jordan Frank and I live in Building 8, Room B in the Knights Circle complex near 💛 UCF. With 💛 UCF being next door, and many stores such as CVS, Publix, and Walmart being less than a mile away, the area is very convenient. Right next to the building, there is a 🏊 pool, basketball court, and tennis court open to the public; as well as a wood 🍔 grill and some hammocks!
The area and Community are very nice and welcoming. Maintenance comes the same day, the trash is taken out every Tuesday and Thursday, and the rent fee covers all other expenses involved.
There is a bathroom within each bedroom that comes with a bath/shower.
The roommate situation is unique, as a new roommate is moving in soon. Although I know nothing about this new tenant, I know that she is a 👩 girl, and she is 🎇clean.
