My roommates and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at Knight’s Circle. It is a 4x4 and we need ALL ROOMS FILLED. The rent is $/month and it does not get cheaper than that in this area. This is a great opportunity as this complex is completely sold out until the end of next year. We are looking for people that are able to move in on the March 1st so we need to act fast! We have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been a great home to us.
Apartment Amenities: Fully furnished, full kitchen, and your own bathroom.
Property Ammenities: 3 🏊 pools, 3 basketball courts, 3 volleyball courts, 2 gyms, 2 study lounges(with private study rooms), a game room, and a bunch of community events(normally involve free🍕 food).
