This is a 3 bed 3 bath apartment located on the first floor! There is only one roommate (male) in the apartment, the other room will be empty starting in the summer, and my room I am subleasing for the summer. So essentially you will only have 1 roommate. The roommate in this unit is VERY 🎇🎇clean, RESPECTFUL, ORGANIZED and FRIENDLY. Also, there are no BUGS!!!!
Our unit is normally quiet and is located by the guard house.
We are steps away from the 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle, the clubhouse, and mail center. Our building number is building 2 for reference.
The apartment itself comes with bed, desk, chair, and side table for each room. As for the living room it is fully furnished with a couch, table, dining room table and chairs. There is a ⛄ ⛄ ⛄ fridge, oven, dishing washer, and ☢ ☢ ☢ microwave in the roomy kitchen. There is also a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer! The complex has an abundance of amenities including 3 🊠🊠🏊 pools, 2 gyms, a basketball court, a beach volley ball area and many more! If you’re a 💛 💛 💛 UCF student, there is a 🚌 🚌 🚌 shuttle offered for free that would pick you up and take you to the student union!
