I am currently putting my bedroom in my 3x3 unit up to be subleased for the summer. It is a 👨 males only unit. I will be going home for the summer out of the room by May 1st at the latest. I currently have 2 tidy roommates that are outgoing and very mindful of everyone else in the apartment. There are no current issues with the unit.
My unit is the one closest to all of the amenities and community office ( 🏊 pool, basketball/volleyball/tennis courts, gym, game room with 🏊 pool and ping pong etc. My building is very quiet with rarely any problems and also conveniently located right next to the 🌉 gate and first 🚌 shuttle drop off spot.
