Jun 2015: I have live at Colonial Pointe for 4 years. The office staff have been great. They are friendly anytime I walk in there. Anytime I have had any issues with my apartment maintenance has been there within 24 hours to fix or replace it. Only disadvantage is that the walls are kind of thin and you can hear your neighbors at times as well as someone with a heavy foot above. Overall I would recommend this apartment complex.

Any maintenance request I've put in has been completely correctly within days. I only say days because sometimes a part needed to be ordered, most things were fixed almost immediately.
Parking can be an issue from time to time but I've always found a spot. They are good about flagging guests who park in the wrong spot-- and they don't tow like most places would.
We live on the second floor so our apartment has a vaulted ceiling which really opens up the room.

Jan 2015: I lived here for one year and a month, everything was fine at first, but that changed onward the end.
When I first saw this place my two roommates and I liked it a lot, so we signed our lease and moved in like normal, with a dog. Everything was smooth for the first three months. After that time it started to set in how cheap and run down these apartments really are. At one time my apartment became infested with bugs and I was told I'd have to wait till Friday for someone to come out, maintenance also didn't care to help(--- specifically). They couldn't even spray the grass for bug/weeds which led my dog to develop multiple skin problems and he refused to walk on the grass.
