Looking for someone to take over a lease and move in by the end of January! It’s an all women apartment, room comes with a private bathroom. Roommates are very nice and keep to themselves. no pets, preferably no one with service animals as one of the roommates is deathly afraid of dogs. There is a 🏊 pool, as well as a fitness center, and has both 💛 UCF bud lines and is right by the LYNX 🚍 bus line. Serious inquiries only. Lease goes until end of July, but can be renewed if you so choose.
