Im looking for someone to takeover my lease. You’d have 3 👨 maleroommates that keep to themselves mostly but are friendly, the room does not come furnished however the downstairs is. You’d have the corner bedroom closest to the half bath in between the other two rooms upstairs. About minutes away from 💛 UCF and it’s in 🚶 walking distance, 🚴 biking distance, and there’s a 🚍 shuttle that stops here. There’s an allowance for the 💡electricity bill however if you go over it gets split between everyone. The Lease ends in July. Have any other questions feel free to reach out to me by email or text.
