Responsibilities of the Releasee (Individual assuming responsibility of releasers lease)
2) Have Guarantor complete application online, if applicable (link to access guarantor application is
automatically e-mailed to the guarantor upon completion of the primary application.)
3) Contact leasing office and inform an agent of the Name and apartment number of the resident
you are taking over for.
4) Primary and guarantor sign online lease after completion of the application.
5) Primary and guarantor sign the "Release Acknowledgment" after the releaser has signed it.
6) Primary and guarantor sign the AS-IS Agreement.
7) Receive approval of entire application screening
8) Pay all applicable move-in fees (Rent/Application/Admin/Deposit/LMR/Decal...etc.)
9) Provide proof of renters insurance.
) If approved, you may pick up keys from leasing office on lease start day (Provide photo I.D.)
Guarantor requirements below:
• Credit Score
• Income of 3x the monthly installment per month
• 1 year of employment
