The place is very nice and super close to 💛 UCF (less than min) You would take the upstairs bedroom (c) and share the bathroom with one of my roommates. The place is fully furnished so your room will have a desk, bed frame, mattress, and two small dressers. Rent is a month but you also need to have renters insurance. The one they recommend is only a month. Looking for a 👩 girl between who will be able to get along with my roommates. I am looking to move out some⌚time in December during winter break. Would have to be signed to the lease and pay first month of rent when moving in. The soonest I can move out would be around December th. Would have to start paying rent the day you move in.
