Hi my name is Fredrieka and I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment May-July.my rent is $ currently and it’ll end in July, starting in August the new rate will be $ per month My apartment contains a 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath (👩 female apartment) full size washer and dryer water/WiFi is included. There’s a $ limit cap (light bill) if you go over the amount you’ll be responsible for the difference. The apartment has a 🚌 shuttle🚌 bus that takes you to and from 💛 UCF (University of central Florida) for Free. The apartment complex holds events which is one of my favorite things that i like about staying here. my room is on the first floor it has its own bathroom.
