Offering up my bedroom for someone to take over after my graduation from 💛 UCF come May. Bedroom is located on the first floor of this two-story apartment. It is directly next to the kitchen, separated by a wall and the door. The bedroom is connected to a full bathroom (shower and bath tub combo, toilet, and sink). Apartment comes with full access to a washing machine and drying machine located on the second floor. Bedroom has a ceiling fan with a light, carpeted floors, and a closet. Second door in bedroom leads into bathroom, can be locked from bedroom side only. Room comes unfurnished.
NOTE:
Because this room is being given unfurnished, I am selling the bed I bought to sleep on. The bed is going for $ dollars, it is a twin XL and probably the 🏆best size to fit in this room depending on the orientation of the room. I personally find it to be the easiest size to fit with decent 🚶 walking room still.
