All utilities are included. 2 minutes away from 💛 UCF and East Colonial. One ⌚timefee for parking. Fully furnished. Nice quiet area. Neighbors aren’t an issue nor loud. The washer and dryer is upstairs near this specific room which is very convenient. The room has a nice layout and nice carpet compared to most carpeted places. My room specifically has a big sliding mirror closet, triangular ceilings and much nicer window view compared to the other rooms. The complex is literally right across the street from Walgreens and has a basketball court, tennis court and 🏊 pool. The 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle comes here and the leasing office often gives free🍕 food and snacks. If you contact me you will be taking over the rest of my lease which ends July , however you can renew if you’d like. It’s 🏆best to always test it out first right?
