The apartment does come with new in-unit washer and dryer. Apartment is on the 4th floor in the phase 2 building. Close to 💛 UCF (🚶 walkable) and has 🚍 shuttlestop ideal for students.
Roommates are 🎇clean and social but also respect others space. I like living here a lot, I am only moving out because I am a study abroad student from Australia who has to return home.
