My roommate and I are subletting our rooms at the Standard Midtown in Atlanta for the year! The price listed includes 1 bed / 1 bath out of a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (see pics). The floor plan is called The Bradley, which is currently sold out at the Standard. The room is located on the 8th floor, 2 floors away from the 🏊 pool / amenities. (Just to reiterate, we have TWO free rooms so you and your roommate can live together if you wish!)
The price ( per month) includes a huge rooftop 🏊 pool with 🕶️ tanning beds and a phenomenal view (see pics), /7 gym, sky terrace & lounge, computer lounge with Mac and Dell Computer and free printing, mini golf, 🏊 pool tables, corn hole, ping-pong tables, internet cafe, gaming pods and clubroom.
Location: it is located in Midtown in Atlanta and is right next to the Georgia Tech Barnes and Noble bookstore and Scheller College of Business. The Standard is debatably the closest off-campus apartment complex from Georgia Tech. It also has many 🍔 restaurants nearby: Moe&#;s, Tindrum, Ray&#;s 🍕 pizza, Uma Sushi, Waffle House, Subway and many more. The Publix Supermarket is about a 5 minute 🚶 walk from the Standard. Lastly, its proximity to the campus means that GTPD usually patrols the area near it, so it is safe to 🚶 walk there at night.
