Subletting my room with private bathroom, as well as my current roommate is looking to sublet his room and bathroom as well. These are in a 5 bed x 5 bath floorplan (The Finchley) in The Standard in midtown for other the summer.
Lease is until July st.
I was first to live in this apartment and will leave it in new condition. Room I am subletting is off of the living room and my roommates is behind the kitchen.
