Jul 2021: I would rate everything zero stars if I could. I would never recommend living here. I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for the past 3 years, and things have only gotten worse. I live in a non-renovated apartment because the price for the renovated units is extortion. The maintenance solution to things is to paint over them. The closets don't work, there is quite literally a hole in the building that leads to a hole in my utility closet meaning that my apartment is exposed to the elements at all times . The pool is almost never open. The gym they advertise is a joke. They outsource their utility bills to Conservice, which is a scam in and of itself. When you put in a work order, they either never show up or show up unannounced and enter your apartment - which is a major invasion of privacy, especially when working from home with a job requirin
May 2021: As an international guest arriving recently in the US, I needed to find an apartment within a month of my arrival to relocate from my temporary accommodation. Most apartments require credit history, security deposits, and other documents that most international guests often lack being new, which affects their lease applications. After several failed applications, I finally applied to Presidents Park apartments. Sharron, the manager, was not only professional but also helpful, which helped me to successfully apply for a unit. The units are spacious, clean, and conducive for family living. The complex is also close to the Emory Clifton bus route, Publix and Walmart supermarkets and several fast food establishments. Rent payment and maintenance requests are streamlined via a residents’ web portal. Plan to make this your home away from home when in Atlanta, Georgia.
Aug 2019: I had a positive experience as a resident of two years. The general manager, Sharron Cadogan, was helpful and kind throughout my residency. Although I was new in town and didn't have a car, the apartments' location made life easy for me, since it was next to a grocery store and situated near a bus station and an Emory Cliff shuttle station. A criticism I have is that the pool was under repair for most of the time I was there. All in all, a solid pick. Please consider living there! Review from Google
Aug 2019: We lived in this apartments for more then 3 years, it’s very nice and peaceful community. The apartments are very nice and clean, the swimming pool is also very clean and well maintained. The best thing about this community is if you have any Maintainance requests they promptly respond to your request and the staff is very responsive and communicative and very honest. Even if you not at home they will finish they job with honesty. Sharon is the manager up there and she is super awesome, if you have any problem or any issues she is the best to work with, very easy, responsive and down to earth. Never ever show the attitude or anything and always welcome you with a sweet smile. She will never disappoint you. You jus need to talk to her and that’s it. We highly recommend all the students as well as families to live with community to get a best living experience. Review from Google
Jul 2019: The apartment was nice for the price, all services worked perfectly and the neighborhood always felt safe. Sharron over at the leasing office was also very helpful :) Review from Google
Mar 2019: The office staff is very kind and professional. Maintenance is timely and never takes more than few hours. I personally thank Sharron and everyone in the office for their extreme kindness to my children. If you work or study at Emory this is a very convenient location. You can walk, bike, or take the shuttle. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Stay away. Rude front office staff and old, moldy, and disgusting establishment. This place has nothing going for it and it's existence is barely legal. I would highly encourage city inspectors to pay a visit.
Feb 2019: Property is several decades old and things break down all the time. The owners put forth no effort (nor investment) to improve the property other than the absolute minimum required by federal and state law. Management is constantly rude and unprofessional and will never admit to any wrongdoing, even when it is obvious. City inspectors should keep a closer eye on this property, and maybe they will sooner than later. To any potential resident looking for an experienced opinion on living here: find somewhere else, this place is not worth your time or money. It will only give you stress and headaches.

Aug 2018: If I could rate 10, I would. Before moving in, I read the reviews and I was hesitant about my decision. Living there myself, I think some people are not really fair. I loved the staff, services, and location of the President Park. Sharron, the manager, is so kind and responsive. Anytime I had a request or a question, and I had a lot, she would get back to me in a few minutes. Once our fridge stopped working, Sharron replaced it with a new one and compensated for the food that went bad. I also liked the location. It was close to Emory and in a walking distance to supermarkets, FedEx, UPS, and other restaurants. I found it really convenient. Review from Google
Jun 2018: We scheduled a tour with the office, but no one ever showed up! If it's this hard to start a lease, I can't imaging how difficult it is to work with management once you live there! Review from Google
Sep 2017: Complete nightmare. don't suggest here to any student I was resident here for a year. In essence, the management will use whatever available at their disposal, to keep bothering you in any possible way. Be careful new residents about the fact that they charge you for the whole month of rent for the first month, even though you move in at the middle of the month. After the initial hurdle of not being able to move to my own place before middle of the month, even though I was paying for the whole month, my nightmare continued with the management. I was also threatened a couple of times with illegal fines here over nothing, for potentially violating rules that did not exist and were not anywhere in the resident handbook and were completely made by the manager herself. And I am one of those really calm people who doesn't make any trouble or no Review from Google
Aug 2017: According to my experience, it is the msot awful place and company. They are really cheating people, they requer money which you did not use with this service. When I asked why did you do like this, their response was all students pay double prices. It is ok. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Where do I start. I think President Parks is one of the hidden secrets of the area. I have been a resident for a little over 2 years and have really enjoyed and appreciated staying here. The office manager(s), current and past, have been absolutely the best that I ever had. The manager and staff do a great job in trying have events and fun activities for residents. I'm moving soon because of new chapters and transitions, but will definitely miss President Parks Apartment. Review from Google
Jan 2017: Worst apartment ever! I regret so much that I lived here. I subleased this apartment to other people, and moved out. I had already go through all the process with the leasing office. So I thought everything was fine. But after Around a year later, when I tried to apply for an other apartment, I got notice that my credit report showed that a $150 fee I didn't pay to a collection agency. OMG, I have no idea why that happened! After I contacted the collection agency, named BYL, the customer service told me that I owned president park 150 dollars, and the collect agency kept sending the billing notice to my old president park apartment which clearly I had moved out long time ago. Jul 2016: This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received from any company in my history as a consumer. Please avoid this apartment agency like the plague. The manager and staff do nothing but talk in circles and care little about providing actual services for their tenants. I've never written a review online before so it really reflects how disappointed I am by them. You can get much better quality elsewhere. Review from Google
Sep 2015: I moved in here really hoping for the best. It had been recommended by a friend who lived there years ago (note that time difference.) When I moved in there was a sign on the door indicating that the apartment had not been cleaned or repaired, and that maintenance would be getting around to it by a deadline set a week ago. I moved in AFTER the date I start paying rent, and maintenance still hadn't gotten to this apartment. It was very dirty, stovetop dysfunctional, doors off hinges, dead bugs on the floors, tiles broken in pieces in the floors. When I talked with management, I have to give them credit that they realized the place was not meeting housing codes. They let me out of my lease immediately and promised my refund check would arrive in 2-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, I have not received the check. I have been calling and was promised t Review from Google
