This is a 3 bedroom apartment. My roommates are 👨 guys but we&#;re open to anyone. The available bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom. Total utilities average between $-$ per person depending on A/C and heater use. Utilities include 💡electricity, 🌊 water, sewage, trash, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer.
The nearby Toco Hill shopping center has everything you need including groceries, 🍔 restaurants, banks, and is within 🚶 walking distance. The apartment itself is in an older building but the inside was completely renovated when we moved in. Everything is relatively new and the appliances are stainless steel. We invested in a leather couch, a small table, ☢ microwave, etc. It&#;s one of the most affordable/nicest places around. It is also within 🚶 walking distance from the VA 🚍 shuttle to Emory and 🚴 biking distance to campus. I used to 🚴 bike and it would take me minutes to get to and from campus. The map shows more than that but that&#;s because it avoids going through Clairmont Campus, which is the fastest route. Public transportation is nearby and the route to Emory is very reliable. There is plenty of free parking on-site if you have a car.
