Sep 2019: If you like convenience, Hampton Hall is a great place to live. It is a comfortable, safe area to live in. The rents are very reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. It has a beautifully renovated pool and the staff are very friendly. I have been here a long time. Most of the residents are very friendly. Great place to live. Review from Google
Sep 2019: My favorite apartment. I lived in the Hampton Hall apartments from 2014-2019. Management is slow but honest. Maintenance was pretty fast (or at least as fast as I've ever had in an apartment complex). Prices were so, so reasonable.
The townhouse apartment I lived in stayed cool in summer and warm in winter. I almost never heard from the neighbors (although everyone I met in the apartment complex was kind and considerate). The neighborhood is both safe and walkable.
The apartments themselves are what you make of them. You'll need 1000 lamps to get enough light, not all models have washer/dryer hookups (but mine did), and the apartment styles are from the 70s. However, if you add lighting, wall, and floor decorations, they start to feel very homey very quickly. Maybe get someone with an eye for interior decorating to help you set up, if that's important to you.

My girlfriend lives here and I frequent here so much I practically stay here also. Very quite community. Peaceful in the middle of everything and on top of that it’s in the best location for everything. Literally 10 minutes from Piedmont and L5P. Five minutes from Lindbergh, and Lenox, and 10 minutes from Atlantic Station, and Doraville going the other way. Right at Toco Hills. Now the apartment does not have central air and heating which sucks. But it’s actually a nice little apartment. Nov 2017: I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I moved her about a year ago and wanted to wait to post the most accurate review possible, and will try to be as unbiased as possible.
All of the office staff I have encountered have been great and always have a smile. I've had a few maintenance requests in my time here and they have been answered timely and fixed the first time.
The pool is well maintained year round. the apartments are an average size and decent enough for the price in this area. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to almost anything, a bustop right out front, and near a nice suburban neighborhood. Most of the residents I have come in contact with have been in here for years because the location is great, the people are nice and the facilities are just fine.

Maintenance tech do mostly patch work instead of repair work. The only thing good about this place is that it's Central located and that's it. The guy above my apartment would blast crappy techno music and complain about my dog barking. I'm fairly positive her ears were in pain from the horrible music and base coming into my apartment.
