Pictures attached show the room being rented as well as the living room and kitchen spaces. Room will not be furnished.
Townhouse is in a 🌉 gated community and currently 2 M2s in the DO program and myself are living here. Living room, kitchen, and garage spaces are shared. Rentee will have their own room and bathroom as well as most of the 1st floor for storage/space. Next year it will likely be myself and another M2 in the PCOM DO program living here.
Earliest move in date is July 1st, month lease available. Price per month is $ + utilities (utilities split between everyone).
