Sep 2019: My experience has been great so far. I recently moved into a unit that fit my needs and wants. Sue, helped me through the process from beginning (inquiring) to the end (move in). I love that she communicated with me every step Of the way even when I was out of town on business. She made sure that I had everything I needed and answered all questions I had regarding my move in and comfort. I’m looking forward to being a new resident here. With Atlas being 5 minutes away this was perfect! The outside appearance and as well as indoor community set up, elevators, and parking garage was something that grabbed my attention. I'm still getting to learn the community due to it being sooooo many units. Good thing I don't have many guest because it can get pretty confusing on how to instruct a guest to get to your unit due to the very minimal signs however that's the least of my worries! Overall the community is up to date, very modern, and I look forward to my stay here! Sue was above and beyond helpful and very efficient and communicating via email. She dealt with me upon relocating and was very efficient in making sure I had all the necessary documents to move in! Review from Google

Upon moving in, there were minor issues with some of the outlets and fridge, but they were fixed within a week of putting in the request. Jun 2019: I Iove the apartments. & i love the staff. Only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the office manager is NOT a nice person. He’s always rude & always has a nasty attitude. Jun 2019: I have enjoyed living at Atlas Lavista Hills since April! The location is great! The move in process was a breeze thanks to Kat my leasing agent there. She was awesome and very helpful. The other agent Sue was nice as well. They made sure everything was as smooth as possible. I really like the complex! I have living here for about 2 months and everything has been amazing!!!!
One suggestion would be to have signs in the parking deck and hall ways to show direction. I find myself getting lost alot. Review from Google

Mar 2019: I have lived here for 2 years. Pros: The office staff has decent customer service and the maintenance staff is on point, the grounds are kept ok as well. I can't say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know. They don't have a play ground for children. They need some way to keep the dumpster area clean (there's always trash all over the street by it) and the worse thing about this place is over the last few months someone thinks a game to smoke or set off the community fire alarm. It happens at least once a week this evening it happened 4 times in a 3 hour period. If you are expecting to get uninterrupted sleep that's not likely going to happen here. It's also not safe because you can't tell if there is any real danger. There are way too many false alarms. It's super annoying.
Edit : It seems like they may have fixed the issue with the fire alarm. Review from GoogleFeb 2019: I have been living here for 7 months and the staff has been helpful since the beginning (especially Sue!). They really work with you to help you all they can. I can also appreciate the set-up with the gated garage because I get home late some nights from work. If you have a maintenance issue, they usually respond within 24-48 hrs, which is another bonus. My only complaints would be a loud upstairs neighbor (not the staffs fault) and lower than normal water pressure in some areas of the apartment (also not the staffs fault). Other than that, I've enjoyed the peace and security here as well as the ease of being able to get on and off of I-285.Feb 2019: I have been living here for 7 months now and I have been pleased with my experience. The staff is helpful and accommodating to your needs (especially my girl Sue). Also, any maintenance issue is resolved within 48 hours. It is conveniently located close (within 2-3 miles) to just about everything you need (I-285, gas stations, grocery stores, food etc). Just like with any other apartment complex things happen that are beyond the staff’s control. I can say that the staff here does a great job handling the things that they can control though.Jan 2019: We have been living here at Atlas for about 8 months and have nothing but good things to say about it. We moved here suddenly because the owners of the home we were renting decided to sell. We loved our friends apartment and decided to take a visit to the leasing office. Air filters are not efficient enough to catch anything, ig, dust, pollen, mold. When I attempted to use a higher grade filter, mold began to grow on the evaporation coils. Review from Google
Jan 2019: My family and I Love the great amenities in this complex like the Resident Club Lounge(to watch Sunday FOOTBALL), Cafe(where we go to use the computers and enjoy some FREE Coffee or Tea), Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Storage Units(Great Price/Convenient) and establish the Swimming pool.

If you’re late one time they don’t even attempt to work something out, even if they mentioned your “referral fee†would be applied to a specific month of rent. I was told that my referral fee would be applied to my December rent, so I set aside my rent money minus the $500 referral. On 11/30/2018 I paid $810 to have my car repaired (which, I would have waited, had I known they wouldn’t have the $500 referral in time for my December rent) Then the wording of how they explained the referral changed to it can take 30-60 days for the referral “check†to arrive. So now because I was told different things and spent what could have went toward my rent in the first place, they won’t waive the late fee. Nothing has been done the courtesy officer doesn’t do anything!!! I thought a courtesy officer is suppose to patrol the area. Today is 12/5 and my car along with some more other tenants vehicles was broken into again!!! This is ridiculous to have to pay rent and keep paying money for insurance claims. Also management never sent an email out or advise any tenants of the recent cars being broken into. HIRE a courtesy officer we that will patrol the complex...
Only good thing I have to say is SUE is the best thing they have to offer. She’s great!!!!
