Hey 👨 guys! We have a room available to be subleased in our apartment. The rent is $ a month and utilities (light and WiFi) range around $ a month. Move in date is May 1st and the lease is up July th of this year! There is an application to fill out and a co-signer is optional. It’s at the Quad Apartments right beside campus which would be convenient if you’re planning on taking summer classes. There will be two people living here, who are 🎇clean and very easy going!
