Hi! I’m Scott I’m selling my contract at the Branbury. It’s BYU approved men’s housing. You get your own room with a full size bed, bathroom shared with only one other person, kitchen table, full kitchen, 🏊 pool, hot tub (very popular at night), club house, and much more! It’s an active complex with frequent activities and it’s all college students. It’s a 5 minute drive to BYU and about a minute drive to UVU. I’m moving out because I want to try the dorm experience before my mission. students live in the complex and it’s all sold out, that’s gotta tell you it’s pretty great! You have 3 other roommates who all have their own room.
The lease goes till April, and you’ll have the opportunity to renew the lease.
